Rechter verbiedt administratiekosten boete
De overheid mag bij geldboetes geen administratiekosten in rekening brengen. Dat blijkt uit een uitspraak van de kantonrechter in Amsterdam van afgelopen week, waarover Nu.nl zaterdag publiceert.

SBM Attorneys at Law, based in Houten, is an independent full service law firm of many decades’ standing, rooted firmly in the heart of the Utrecht area.
